If you have any dietary requirements I’ll need 24hrs advance notice to make you something wonderful.

Oh and if I find anything more fresh and fabulous, I may well serve that instead.

Trio of starters
Whipped feta, chorizo, basil on a ginger biscuit
Thyme, marinated courgette, confit tomatoes 
Chilled pea & mint soup, herb croutons

Main
Pork with sherry, capers & a tarragon and lemon salsa
Served with a trio of summer greens & crushed potatoes

Double desserts
Fig & honey semi freddo
Baked peach
Crispy cake

70% coco choc, brandy cream
Orange syrup, amaretti

Unfortunately due my tiny kitchen
I don’t serve coffee, sorry!
